Product Description

 1. The castings of the machine are whole cast base with high-quality resin sand at high temperature, implemented a complete annealing process, and undergo natural aging treatment for more than 3-6 months. The whole-cast iron base structure enhances machine stability, shock resistance, and high rigidity.

      2. The main shaft housing is designed as a horizontal vertical structure with a heat sink structure, and the optimal force span is calculated by mechanical engineering mechanics. The built-in precision sleeve-type spindle (imported P4 bearing) has a maximum speed of 6000RPM, ensuring maximum axial and radial cutting capacity and machining accuracy.

      3. The 30° inclined bed structure is stable in operation, convenient in clamping and smooth in chip removal. The contact surface of each precision component is made by manual scraping and grinding.

      4. Controller system supplied by SYNTEC in Taiwan: facilitate to program and operate, highly intelligent technology, fast response, stable operation.

      5. The transmission part adopts imported linear guide rails, and the precision ball screw assembly is driven by imported servo motors. The processing speed is fast (30M/min), and the repeat positioning accuracy reaches 0.0025mm, ensuring the quality of parts and shortening the processing time.

      6. All precision transmission parts and components are lubricated by a microcomputer-based timing and quantitative oil supply system, and they are automatically closed when they are in standby to avoid waste.

      7. Hydraulic system adopts motor , substation pump, air-cooling device, and high-speed hollow rotary oil cylinder, which are supplied by the factory of Taiwan .So that the clamping force of the chuck is stable, easy to adjust, with low noise and low temperature rising.

      8.Fully enclosed machine tool outer cover adding  the stainless steel full protective inner cover, strong resistance to deformation, good waterproof, ergonomics, safe operation, and beautiful appearance.
