Product Description

Machine overview/features

       1. Four pieces on the end face  adding four pieces of power cutter heads on the side , the Y-axis track adopts a linear guideway structure, and the motor and the screw rod are combined through direct connection, which has high precision and fast tool change speed.
      2. End and side milling are independently driven by SYNTEC, high-speed servo motors with strong torque.
      3. The power head adopts the ER-25 A type precision collet chuck, and the maximum diameter of the clamping handle can reach 16mm, which is highly versatile.
      4. The main control system adopts SYNTEC, 22TB series, which can reach up to six-axis simultaneous processing.
      5. A hydraulic disc brake device is added to the end of the main shaft.The gear box of the power head is lubricated by the oil cooler and cooled by the compressor.
      6. Ends and sides can realize high-precision complex parts processing, such as: drilling, tapping, iron plane, keyway, processing polyhedron, round curve, engraving, etc.
      7. Able to recognize computer programming to perform multi-axis linkage surface processing.
      8. Lower multi-station servo turret.
