Product Description

1. This model adopts horizontal high and low roller guide rail structure, which has strong rigidity and stable structure.
2. The inclination of the bed is 25 degree, making machine adjustment and chip removal faster.
3. The use of all stainless steel internal protection and wiper blades can ensure the durability of the machine tool.
4. Rear-mounted cooling water tank adding right-out chip conveyor, providing a safer and cleaner workshop environment.
5. Automatic lubricating system provides precisely adjusted lubricating oil for slide rails, ball screws and other important components. The lubricating oil dispensing system will automatically shut down when it is in standby to avoid waste.
6. When processing long workpieces, a standard manual tailstock with a movable center can provide sufficient support. The movement of the tailstock is connected to the saddle with a movable block, and is driven to the desired position by the saddle.
7. When the power turret is selected, this model can be configured as a turning and milling compound center, and a workpiece can be turned, ironed, drilled, tapped, slotted, hobbed, inclined hole drilled, engraved and multi-axis linkage curved surface processing in the same machine, which can avoid errors caused by the movement of workpieces between machines, and save processing time and manpower.
