Product Description

  Inheriting the structural design principles of Japanese and Taiwan turret tail stock machines, the MDW series has comprehensively improved performance. The base adopts a 30° inclined bed and a low center of gravity structure.With a newly designed servo turret, it can achieve fast feed and high-speed cutting. Or a wider range of processing applications. In addition, the compact size and excellent price/function ratio fully meet the basic needs of general processing tasks.
     1. Industrial-grade rubber-coated special steel sheet is used to fuse the wiper blade and stainless steel slide rail cover to ensure the durability of the lathe.
     2. Full-covered protective forging metal isolates turning chips and coolant in the machine tool, providing you with a safe and clean working environment.
     3. Automatic lubricating system provides precisely adjusted lubricating oil for roller guide rail, ball screw and other important components. The lubricating oil distribution system is automatically shut off during standby to avoid wastage.
     4. When processing long workpieces, the standard manual tailstock with movable thimble provides enough support to maintain the machining accuracy of the whole stroke. The movement of the tailstock is connected to the saddle with movable shifting blocks, and is driven to the desired position by the saddle.
     5. Using the vertical hard rail Y-axis, a workpiece can be processed in the same lathe as turning, milling, drilling, tapping, slotting, hobbing, drilling inclined holes, lettering, multi-axis linkage surface, etc. Avoid errors caused by movement between machines, and save processing time and manpower.
